With the "eticket" delivery method, you will receive an order confirmation email containing links to add each ticket to your digital/mobile wallet as well as an attachment with printable PDF tickets. Think Digital First: Adding your tickets to a Digital Wallet is strongly encouraged.
Yale's Digital First Ticket transition allows us to provide Bulldog fans and visitors with faster ticket delivery, ticket transfer, and venue entry, as well as contactless transactions, significantly reduced paper usage, and fewer lost tickets.
Digital tickets are accessible via your online account or confirmation email as described below.
USE A DIGITAL WALLET APP:
Adding your tickets to a digital wallet app on your mobile device using the "Add to Apple Wallet" button next to each ticket. Each ticket must be added individually!
The easiest way to transfer digital tickets is via your digital wallet app. Follow transfer instructions below to utilize this free app functionality.

Once the tickets have been purchased, use your mobile device to click here or visit yalebulldogs.com/tickets and select "MY ACCOUNT." from the hamburger menu in the top left.
Log in to your account using your email and password. (If you have any trouble with your log in or the "Forgot Your Password?" function, please contact the ticket office via email or phone: 203-432-1400 for assistance. Do not create a new account if you believe you already have one.)
Within your account, use the "My Account" dropdown at the top of the page to select "Events and Tickets"
Select the game(s) you'd like to download. Click the "add to Apple Wallet" icon next to download each ticket and add it to your digital wallet (AppleWallet or Android Wallet Apps). Each ticket must be added individually.
- OR - FROM YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL:
Once your tickets have been purchased, you will recieve a confirmation email from ticketoffice@yale.edu with the subject: Yale Athletics: Ticket Order Number ____ Confirmation.
Open the email, scroll to the bottom, and select the ticket(s) you'd like to add to your digital wallet by clicking the "add to Apple Wallet" icon next to each ticket (AppleWallet or Android Wallet Apps). Each ticket must be added individually.
Add your tickets to your digital wallet app using the instructions above.
Once added to the app, select the information "i" or "..." icon and follow the on-screen steps to share the pass via text or email.
The recipient will recieve the digital tickets via a link in the email or text and will need to add the ticket(s) to their own digital wallet. (Note: If there are any issues, the Yale Athletics Ticket Office will only re-send tickets to the original purchaser on the order or with their permission.)
Add digital ticket(s) to your digital wallet app prior to arrival at the venue.
When appreoaching the entrance, open your ticket(s) from your digital wallet app.
While your ticket is displayed, show your screen to the Bulldog Event Security Member to be scanned. For multiple tickets, you will need to swipe through and display each ticket.
